Kelly Mack, Owner & esthetician
Kelly Mack, owner and head esthetician at Absolute Precision, attended Aveda Institute Chicago to study Esthiology and is licensed in the State of Illinois as an Esthetician. She has continued her education with classes at the International Dermal Institute and product knowledge classes with Eminence, Dermalogica, Dermaquest, PCA, and M’lis. She is a member of AAEE (American Association of Esthetics Education) and NCEA (National Coalition of Estheticians).
CARLY, Esthetician
A 2004 graduate of the Aveda Institute Chicago, Carly is licensed by the State of Illinois as an esthetician & esthetics educator. Her 15 year background in esthetics includes corporate training positions with Aveda/Estee Lauder, Murad as well as her current role teaching at Mario Tricoci’s University of Beauty Culture.
Carly’s passion for skincare & wellness has lead to trainings with some of the industry’s experts. She is certified by Dr. Howard Murad as an Inclusive Health Practitioner; licensed nationally as a Medical Assistant & is currently enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a Wellness Coach.
Carly’s product & modality trainings include Aveda, Bioelements, Circadia, Dermalinfusion, Dermalogica, Eminence, HydraFacial, Image, iS Clinical, Murad, Repechage, Skinceuticals, YG Labs, diamond tip microderm, LED, microcurrent & ultrasound. She looks forward to helping her clients look & feel their absolute best.
Brad, Esthetician
Obsessed with skin since developing cystic acne at age 11, Brad Stroden began his esthetics career at The Aveda Institute Minneapolis in 1994.
He quickly became a skin care trainer, and then the Skin and Spa Educator for Aveda, where he provided skin and body care education and spa consulting to salons in IL and WI.
In 2000, he was tasked with creating the esthetics curriculum for The Aveda Institute Chicago, and spent 8 years there as Team Leader.
In 2009, Brad became a freelance educator for Aveda, which he has done since.
Brad has also worked for a dermatology practice in Northbrook, IL since 1995, and has participated in medical skin care research and product and treatment development.
He has also written for skin care publications and consults with skin care companies on product innovation and treatment design.
ALI, ESTHETICIAN
Ali began her journey in skincare at the Aveda institute in Chicago in 2010. With over ten years of experience in the industry, she prides herself in continuing to gain knowledge through post graduate education courses.
Working together with her clientele, Ali specializes in creating customized treatment plans accompanied by personalized home-care routines to achieve each client’s unique goals. Her expertise helps her tackle all skin concerns, providing clients a sense of security in their inner and outer beauty.
